Investment - You should be able to invest 25 to 40 lakh rupees with additional working capital of Rs 5 to 8 lakh
Space - Minimum space of 1500 sq feet ( Basement or semi basement not allowed)
Location - Should be in shopping malls, prime commercial zones, or high footfall urban areas
