Mr. Shripad M. Kolhatkar

Co-Founder / Director

Mr. Shripad M. Kolhatkar holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Finance and is the driving force behind Genericart Medicine. With hands-on experience in running a generic medicine store from 2002 to 2005, he oversees the company’s HR, operations, marketing, finance, sales, and software development. Before co-founding Genericart, he spent over 10 years in sales and marketing with ICICI Prudential and Reliance Life Insurance, bringing his expertise in strategic growth to the healthcare sector.

Mr. Salim Sayyad

Co-Founder / Director

Mr. Salim Sayyad has a master’s degree in Pharmacy and is responsible for medicine procurement and quality control at Genericart Medicine. He brings 4 years of experience from Cipla's manufacturing plant in Verna and worked for 5 years at Reliance Life Insurance before co-founding Genericart Medicine.

Mr. Shreyas Chitnis

Associate Director of Sales

Mr. Shreyas Chitnis has a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Shimla. He has extensive experience working with brands like Radisson Hotel Group, Hyatt Hotels, and Marriott Hotels. Before joining Genericart Medicine, he served as the Associate Director of Sales at Marriott Hotels, overseeing various sales-related operations.

Dr. Lokur

MBBS / Master of Surgery (MS)

Dr. Lokur is a renowned name in general surgery in Maharashtra. He graduated in 1974 with 7 gold medals and completed his MS in 1978. With over 43 years of experience, he specialises in laparoscopy and operates on nearly 3,000 patients annually. His extensive knowledge and expertise are invaluable to Genericart Medicine.

Mr. Onkar Agnihotri

MBA - Finance from USA

Mr. Onkar Agnihotri has earned dual master’s degrees in Management from India and an MBA in Finance from the USA. With over 4 years of experience in the USA, he has worked with companies like Morgan Stanley, National Securities, and Central Bank of India. He currently runs Financial Edge Capital Pvt. Ltd. and collaborates with Arihant Capital Markets Ltd., a leading broking and investment banking company in India.

Mr. Amit Joshi

Business Consultant

Mr. Amit Joshi holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, graduating with distinction. He began his career in marketing and maintenance and later ventured into the Pharma business in 2012. He currently manages a Pharma marketing business, alongside medical wholesale and retail operations, and provides hospital management consultancy services. Additionally, he offers Astro counselling, making him India’s first Scientific Astrology-based Career and Relationship Counselor.
